Audi presented the A6 e-tron electric car concept at the Shanghai Motor Show. It is equipped with a 100 kWh battery, and the Germans claim that, at least theoretically, it could cover up to 700 kilometres on a single charge.
The battery can be charged using fast sockets of up to 270 kW, so a 10-minute wait translates into more than 300 kilometres of autonomy. In addition, the 5% - 80% half lasts less than 25 minutes.
A production version of the Audi A6 e-tron concept would debut in 2022. A year later, the zero-emission model will enter the assembly line.
