Without making a fuss about it, Dacia reopened the order catalogues for the first electric model of the Romanian brand owned by the Renault group, Spring electric car. As a result, those who managed to place an order in the spring can be added to those who had only managed to enter the waiting list.

In addition to those already on the waiting list, orders can be opened by other people. Still, the ranking will be done by favouring people who are already in Dacia's database.

Dacia opened the pre-orders for the "Comfort Plus" version of its first electric model: Spring. It is available at a VAT price of 18,100 euros.

The Dacia Spring has a 33 kW (45 hp) electric motor, coupled with a 26.8 kWh battery. It can be recharged by a 220V household socket or a Wall Box or, optionally, a DC terminal.

The model has a range of 230 km according to the WLTP cycle and 305 km according to the WLTP City cycle (which includes only the urban part of the approved cycle).

The new Dacia Spring electric car benefits, in series, from safety equipment, among which, speed limiter, ABS, ESP, electronic brake-force distributor, six airbags, emergency call (SOS button), automatic headlight ignition and automatic braking emergency.

Also, in the spring of this year, Dacia officials announced that a Spring model in the "Comfort" equipment version would be available, which will cost only 16,800 euros with VAT.
