Our activities are dispersed across many sites through hybrid working. Clearly, there are overlaps as well. It is noteworthy that currently, there is a shortage of tiny cubes or telephone booths in which individuals, pairs, or small groups may hold video conferences or virtual meetings. Because when we are not working from home, we bring these virtual meetings with us to the office. Most businesses undoubtedly lack a sufficient quantity of job possibilities for people in this area.
Nowadays, virtual communication is done from the comfort of one's own home. However, because employees work two to three days a week in the office, it is inescapable that appointments will fall on other days and must therefore be handled in the office.
Meeting spaces change in synch with the way people work. As a result, numerous changes are occurring in interesting rooms and gathering speed. Historically, for example, conference rooms were equipped with a monstrous meeting table. Moreover, only chairs had to fit between the wall and the table. Finally, but certainly not least, the size of the table served as a prestige signal for the room's prominence.

Tables become more compact and adaptable, and the wall surface is integrated and supplied with all potential working modes.
There are considerably fewer large tables than smaller ones that may be put next to one another, frequently stacked, and used in various ways. These tiny tables are typically collapsible or on castors and may be pushed together. Again, the magic word is adaptability.
However, due to hybrid labor, technology is becoming an increasingly significant and fundamental component. This fact also implies that more technology must be integrated into the rooms. This tech must be prepared before or swiftly implemented. Individuals working from home, like those working on-site, desire to be connected and collaborate. Hybrid meetings need digital technologies, and it is hoped that even more, comfortable solutions will ease our collaboration across places in the future.
