AUDI is accelerating its transformation to a provider of network-based and sustainable mobility. Audi is also increasing its investment in electric mobility. The German manufacturer has allocated 15 billion euros to electric and hybrid mobility. Specifically, 10 billion euros are set aside for electrical mobility and 5 billion euros for hybridization.
Technological leadership in electric and fully networked driving is the goal of Audi.
From 2021 to 2025, AUDI AG plans expenses for research and development of 35 billion euros. Audi develops Premium Platform Electric (PPE) together with Porsche, and at the same time uses the Audi Group's technology from the modular electrification platform (MEB).
