Chinese automaker Dorcen Automobile has unveiled the Elaris Beo electric SUV in Germany. The company plans to sell 25,000 copies of the Elaris Beo in Germany in 2023. The novelty has slender headlights that connect to the front grille, a spectacular roof profile, elegant rear-view mirrors.
Inside, the Elaris Beo has a very clean and simple design. The interior of the car features a digital instrument cluster behind the sports steering wheel and a large 12.8-inch touchscreen in the centre console. The minimalist dashboard has become more curved.
The Beo is equipped with an electric motor that develops a maximum power of 150 kW (204 hp). It is powered by a 72 kWh battery, which is enough to provide a range of 460 km. The car is charged from 20 to 80% in 30 minutes.
Earlier it became known that Alibaba Group and drone manufacturer Wuling is planning to release a compact electric vehicle with a length of 2.6 meters. The Elaris Beo electric SUV will be built based on the Baojun KiWi EV. The range of the Beo electric SUV will be around 305 km.
